About the role:

Are you passionate about building data-driven platforms at scale? Do you like to push the boundaries, and help us find new ways for apps to succeed in a competitive and dynamic market? If this sounds exciting, then you are the Product Manager we are looking for. 

As Product Manager at SplitMetrics you will be responsible for a dedicated area of our SplitMetrics Acquire flagship product and own the full product development cycle from ideation and planning to launch and iteration, and ensure the product meets user needs and drives business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define a product vision and collaborate with stakeholders to build and articulate a compelling product roadmap that aligns with SplitMetrics’ strategic goals.
  • Lead a cross-functional team and work with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional products on time and within scope.
  • Leverage data to assess product performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Advocate for the user, conduct market research, customer interviews, and usability tests to deeply understand the needs of our users and translate them into actionable insights and product improvements.
  • Partner with your counterparts in Go-to-Market teams to align on product launches, marketing communications, and support with product knowledge and positioning to effectively communicate value to potential customers and close deals.

About you:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex product roadmaps, from ideation to launch, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate has experience working at SaaS B2B companies operating in a global market.
  • Familiarity with the app growth and ad tech industries, with up-to-date knowledge of trends, innovations, and competitive dynamics.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communication.
  • Ability to define and prioritize product strategies that align with business goals while balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
  • A track record of driving cross-functional teams to successfully deliver high-quality products on time, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
  • Experience supporting sales teams by articulating product value, preparing materials, and responding to client needs during the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and adept at breaking down complex problems into actionable steps and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Strong capability to empathize with users and translate their pain points into intuitive, value-driven product features.
  • Data-driven decision-maker and proficient in using data to inform decisions, measure product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage and align stakeholders, particularly go-to-market teams, ensuring smooth communication and shared goals.
  • Comfortable discussing technical details with engineers and understanding the limitations and opportunities within a software ecosystem (coding experience is a bonus but not required).
