Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager aligned to the Frontline Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights to enhance productivity
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and offer actionable insights
  • Develop and deliver continuous training programs and provide ongoing coaching to managers
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Learning & Development, or Program Management
  • Proven success supporting or working with Sales leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Proficiency with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong)
