Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist II to support sales efforts and enhance account penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage the Sales Force database with all sales activity
  • Generate reports to track RFPs, meetings, and account penetration
  • Research accounts to identify new opportunities and provide updates to the business development team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution
  • Inside sales experience or related experience involving communication with potential clients
  • Familiarity with managing a customer relationship database
  • Preferable 1-2 years of experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO)
  • Demonstrated persistence and good time management skills
