Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Trainer responsible for delivering training on software products and related services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live training sessions and virtual recordings to customers on software products
• Plan and prepare for training delivery, including customer communications and scheduling meetings
• Analyze customer feedback to improve training experiences and update training materials collaboratively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in software training or instructional design, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience delivering live training sessions to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
• Proficiency in the software product(s) being trained on and ability to learn new technologies quickly
