Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - Training Developer / Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials, including user guides and e-learning modules
• Create visually engaging multimedia content that simplifies complex technical concepts for diverse learners
• Collaborate with SMEs and product marketing managers to inform content development and measure training effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement, focusing on instructional design and content creation
• Proficiency in multimedia and e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline
• Experience building courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement certifications are a plus
