Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist in Revenue Cycle/Medical Billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop curriculum for new and existing employees
  • Facilitate training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Prepare training materials and coordinate training schedules based on operational needs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Five (5) years of experience in the training field
  • One (1) year of experience in curriculum development
  • Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with leadership responsibilities
  • Prior experience in healthcare revenue position preferred
