Business Development Representative (F/M/X)

The Team: 

You will be part of the BDR Enterprise team for the French market. Reporting to the Head of BDR, you will work closely with colleagues from our Global BDR and Sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success all whilst driving pipeline growth.  

About the Role: 

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key strategic role in creating meaningful first contacts with potential clients and driving business growth. Using a mix of cold calling, email outreach, and participation in events, your mission will be to generate and qualify high-quality leads for our Account Executive team. Together, you will map accounts and design tailored engagement strategies to win prospects over.  

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for medium and large accounts, using cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.  
  • Identify and qualify prospects, understand their needs and build relationships with decision-makers across various industries.  
  • Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team to maintain momentum in the sales cycle.  
  • Document and share key information regarding the customers on our CRM for effective lead management. 
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and account-based marketing strategies. 

You are the ideal candidate if you: 

  • Have fluency in French, both written and spoken 
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field  
  • Have 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development in a SaaS company  
  • Have a previous experience with cold calling  
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team  
  • Are curious, a quick learner and able to adapt easily to any type of situation and background  
  • You master CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar  

Recruitment Process:

1. A first HR interview with Chloé, Talent Acquisition Partner, to discuss your application and motivations. 

2. A virtual or in-person interview with the Manager to talk about your background and experiences. 

3. A practical case study to be completed and presented in a team interview to test collaboration skills and job suitability. 

4. A final discussion with the VP, to talk about Skeepers' overall vision and finalize the hiring process.
