Sentec is a Swiss-American medical device company specializing in respiratory care. Sentec provides healthcare professionals worldwide with non-invasive, accurate monitoring and effective therapeutic solutions.

Your mission

  • Source and pre-select candidates for roles, focusing primarily on positions in the USA and Switzerland.
  • Craft and publish engaging job advertisements tailored to attract the right audiences.
  • Leverage the most effective recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, indeed, university job portals, and specialized job boards.
  • Screen and evaluate incoming applications to develop a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment and identify the best-fit candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and sustain a strong talent pool to support future recruitment needs.
  • Analyze and enhance the company’s recruitment processes, proposing actionable improvements to boost both efficiency and employer attractiveness.
  • Serve as the Super User for the internal Applicant Tracking System (Workable), providing expertise and ensuring optimal utilization.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the MedTech sector.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles, preferably in sales functions.
  • English (C2 minimum) and German (C1 minimum)
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Workable or similar ATS platforms, as well as expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, is highly desirable.
