Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote) with staffing agency experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and present highly qualified technology professionals
• Lead comprehensive technical intake calls with clients to understand role requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from initial outreach through onboarding

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of technology recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
• Strong background recruiting for healthcare IT roles (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead detailed technical intake calls
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Bullhorn
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
