Senior Technical Customer Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Engineer to accelerate developer success and facilitate enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver scalable onboarding frameworks, including technical tutorials and best-practice guides
  • Lead hands-on onboarding engagements for enterprise customers, guiding initial setup and project implementation
  • Design and conduct interactive workshops and training sessions to enhance learning and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
  • Proven software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using LangChain or similar frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality technical content
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training programs is preferred
