Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
• Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers regarding applications
• Follow call scripts and ensure appropriate customer service and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a call center
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Quiet workstation with high-speed internet access required
