Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on work and maintain equipment in excellent operating condition
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in onboarding and training new employees

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred
• 2+ years of ROI fulfillment experience or 4 years of external experience required
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of medical records and HIPAA regulations
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and multiple EMR platforms
