Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power BI Customer Engineer to provide technical support and guidance for SQL initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training workshops and in-depth product reviews for customers
• Perform health checks, assessments, and post-operational reviews of product implementations
• Act as the primary technical contact for advanced support and problem resolution for corporate customers

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Power BI
• Expertise in performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions
• Familiarity with Azure data services and SQL Server Integration Services
• Experience in data modeling, report development, and DAX optimization
• Knowledge of MS BI Stack including SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS
