Key Responsibilities

• Pinpoint drivers of services performance and lead initiatives to improve the new customer experience and team efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and execute strategic projects to reduce workflow friction and inefficiencies
• Manage weekly and monthly business processes, escalating deviations from goals and expectations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Field Sales/Revenue Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS company
• Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills
• Experience in building Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Experience partnering with Sales Leadership on initiatives such as forecasting and territory alignment
• Experience identifying and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance sales operations efficiency
