Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into bookings and conduct follow-up to nurture leads and drive sales
• Qualify customer needs to design customized rail holiday itineraries and present pricing and upsell opportunities
• Provide support for existing reservations and resolve service issues while maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center environment, preferably in travel or hospitality
• Proficiency in English; fluency in a second Asian language is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Hospitality or Travel are a plus
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
