Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Small & Medium Business (SMB).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a hybrid sales motion, balancing transactional deals with compliance-involved opportunities
• Engage and educate stakeholders on healthcare solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the SMB sales playbook and track pipeline metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in group insurance, payroll services, or ICHRA solutions
• Ability to adjust communication style based on audience, from HR leaders to CFOs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and navigating compliance-heavy conversations
• Experience in a startup environment and building processes from the ground up is preferred
• Background in benefits, HR tech, or compliance-related sales is a bonus
