Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager in Retail for a remote position in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of the Retail Business Model and manage financial structures
• Recruit, evaluate, and select qualified mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff
• Provide oversight of branch expenditures and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lender environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations, underwriting, and compliance guidelines
• Proven ability to build and mentor sales staff to achieve production goals
