Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant to lead and optimize sales enablement programs focused on networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales onboarding and training programs tailored to networking technologies
• Deliver training sessions on sales methodologies and coach sales representatives on complex deal positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement efforts with sales goals and improve sales workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or technical sales in networking or enterprise infrastructure
• Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for technical audiences
• Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, or Blue Ocean
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce and LMS tools
