Senior Manager - Technology Sourcing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Technology Sourcing & Contract Separation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the separation of enterprise agreements tied to a divestiture
• Analyze supplier contracts for impacted services, obligations, and transitions
• Lead or assist sourcing events for indirect procurement, particularly in technology/software/IT services

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, particularly in indirect categories
• Strong background in technology sourcing (SaaS, cloud, telecom, infrastructure)
• Hands-on experience with M&A transitions or contract disentanglement is highly preferred
• Familiarity with sourcing systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, etc
