• Oversee the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and drive efficiency initiatives
• Build collaborative relationships across academic and administrative departments
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8 to 13 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Proven experience managing a procurement card program
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex business contracts
• Advanced experience with modern procurement systems and workflows
