Category Manager - Refueling

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Manager - Refueling of the Core.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage segmentation of assigned spend into sub-commodity groups in collaboration with other category managers
• Develop overall category strategy to improve Total Cost of Ownership and secure supply continuity
• Lead execution of category strategy through preferred supplier management and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree (preferably MBA)
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, preferably in complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in negotiations including RFI, RFP, RFQ, and contract development
• Benchmark, Market, Competitive Intelligence, and Procurement Projects Management skills
• Experience with vendor management including purchase order issuance and administration
