Senior Supply Manager - job 2 of 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Supply Manager to oversee strategic sourcing and category management for food service equipment and smallwares.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve procurement practices, manage budgeting and forecasting, and identify opportunities in non-contracted areas
• Lead RFI and RFP events, including bid preparation, evaluation, and pricing negotiations
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and strategize new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain theories and principles
• Strong negotiation skills with significant knowledge of the foodservice industry
• Understanding of contract terms and conditions
• Experience with RFI and RFP processes and scope of work generation
• Intermediate/Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite and Power BI is strongly desired
