Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel - Leasing & Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft leasing-related documents to maintain occupancy in the existing portfolio
• Provide legal support to the property management team and counsel on various legal issues
• Supervise paralegals and outside counsel while handling legal matters related to the portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• 7+ years of commercial real estate leasing and property management experience
• Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence
• Excellent knowledge of contracts and real estate law
• Experience working cross-functionally in a corporate setting preferred
