Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new legal tooling and enhance existing software usage, including CLM solutions and DocuSign
• Build and manage contract and vendor management systems with standardized workflows
• Oversee the intake and storage of NDAs, vendor agreements, and internal legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Meaningful experience managing legal tools and process workflows
• Deep understanding of relevant documentation across all legal functions
• Proven ability to own tasks and work independently
• Experience in anticipating and mitigating risk
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is a plus
