Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor of Law
• Two to ten years of bankruptcy experience, particularly in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases
• Admission to the Georgia Bar and good standing
• Understanding of bankruptcy procedures and familiarity with court practices
• Proficiency in basic accounting and software tools such as Word and Excel
