Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Paralegal, Global Entity Management and Corporate Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international corporate governance and entity maintenance filings, including legal documentation and state/local filings
• Maintain and enhance the entity management system, collaborating with stakeholders for adoption and training
• Support global subsidiary operations and special transactions in collaboration with finance, tax, and treasury departments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in both large law firms and in-house
• Associates degree or higher; paralegal certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with cloud-based subsidiary management platforms
• Notary public certification or willingness to obtain one
