Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wage and Hour Compliance Specialist to support attorneys in delivering compliance review services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in gathering and analyzing documentation for wage and hour classification reviews and investigations
• Serve as the primary liaison between the legal team and clients during compliance reviews
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files of all compliance-related documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 2+ years of FLSA wage and hour compliance experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with routine billable time and cost capturing for analysis performed
