Key Responsibilities

• Identify errors and compliance issues in contracts to improve quality
• Maintain positive relationships with account managers, brokers, landlords, and clients
• Proactively resolve disputes and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields
• Experience with commercial real estate database applications and accounting software
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, billing agreements, and client agreements
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a similar field
• Strong analytical and technology/database skills
