Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative accounting culture
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee accounts payable, general ledger management, and preparation for annual financial audits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA certification is required
• 8+ years of accounting experience in high-growth environments
• Strong background in U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• Experience with public companies and IPO readiness is a plus
