Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employment Navigator to assist transitioning servicemembers in their transition to civilian occupations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and job search guidance to servicemembers and their spouses
• Assist with job matching, labor market information, and credentialing pathways
• Train and mentor Employment Navigators while managing site operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5 years of TAP experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of employment counseling experience
• Knowledge of the civilian workplace and translating military skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and virtual meeting platforms
• Stable internet connection for virtual appointments
• Availability for shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST
