Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract - 6 months).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of People Operations and hiring managers to define roles and interview processes
• Source, screen, and engage diverse candidate pipelines using various platforms
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, in-house environment
• Experience hiring for SaaS and tech roles, preferably in a startup environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
