Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team member lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and practices
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regularly review HR policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HR and people support in the United States
• Strong understanding of US employment laws, compensation, and benefits practices
• Experience in developing and implementing effective HR policies that align with organizational goals
• Experience working in a remote and digital environment
• Preferred: SHRM certification or HR experience in a nonprofit setting
