  • Experience in the employee benefits space, particularly with People Operations/Benefits
  • Proven ability to manage complex client environments and build trust across various organizational levels
  • Strong experience in creating and executing tailored engagement strategies for clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
