Workers Compensation Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Reporting Specialist, Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and manage end-to-end reporting processes for all Workers' Compensation regulatory reports
  • Track, triage, and resolve WC data requests and errors while identifying root causes
  • Research WC reporting compliance requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Workers' Compensation insurance reporting requirements
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and insurance leads
  • Experience in managing external partnerships with vendors and third-party administrators
  • Proven track record in process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and address data issues
