Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
  • Experience as a case manager or licensed attorney preferred
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling teams successfully
  • Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and attorneys
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
