Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer, Data Engineering & FinOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer-related product issues and collaborate cross-functionally for timely resolution
• Lead incident response efforts, ensuring root cause identification and communication during escalations
• Triage and resolve LookerML modeling issues and guide enterprise customers in onboarding and implementation

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, DevOps, or SRE
• Deep experience supporting FinOps products and data-centric tools like LookerML
• Proficient in Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems
• Familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
