Global Customer Experience Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Customer Experience Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, correct, and release purchase orders submitted via EDI and GFAX to meet customer expectations
  • Communicate customer master updates to Commercial Operations and maintain an accurate EDI Product Catalog
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and address customer complaints or concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • At least 5 years of EDI experience within the GHX platform
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
