A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Adjuster II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing customer support through various communication channels
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements and support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims investigation and resolution
• Knowledge of liability assessment and risk identification
• Ability to utilize innovative platforms and tools for claims processing
• Experience in customer service within a claims environment
• Understanding of the vehicle restoration process
