Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Associate to join their customer success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely and successful renewals of subscriptions
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of solutions
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in renewals or account management for a SaaS business
  • Strong understanding of renewal processes and best practices
  • Experience with forecasting and data management, ideally using SFDC
  • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for technology and understanding of how solutions empower businesses
