Perform initial claim setup, accurately enter data, and assign correct claim statuses
Transfer claim documents to the Transcription Department and conduct preliminary analysis of client-submitted data
Required Qualifications
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Adobe Acrobat
High accuracy in data entry
Experience using multiple monitors and adapting to company-specific software
Ability to follow procedures precisely
