Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of the company's compliance framework and related programs
• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing to identify control gaps and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with stakeholders to embed compliance into strategic initiatives and prepare compliance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related roles
• Experience in compliance within the healthcare or financial services industries
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Solid understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (preferred)
