Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advisement on commercialization-related subjects for the launch of oncology products
• Review and approve promotional and medical materials, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Support cross-functional compliance initiatives and participate in project teams to identify and mitigate legal risks

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in biotech/pharma, with a focus on product launches in the U.S. market
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in a state bar
• 3+ years of in-house experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech oncology sector
• Strong knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, FDA regulations, and related compliance matters
• Ability to travel as required to support business activities
