Virginia Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial & Product Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close enterprise SaaS deals while fostering relationships with clients
• Partner with product teams to provide legal advice on compliance and best practices throughout the product lifecycle
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills to create clear and persuasive contracts and comments

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M
• Admitted to a state bar
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department
• At least 2 years of experience negotiating commercial SaaS contracts
• Broad experience negotiating commercial contracts in the tech sector (preferred)
