Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. BDM - Transformers/EBOS.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities with transformer OEMs, utilities, and large-scale electrification projects
• Define annual sales plans, forecast revenue, and lead cross-border sales initiatives
• Cultivate strong relationships with VP-level executives and represent the company at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience in the transformer or heavy electrical equipment sector
• Strong background in selling to transformer OEMs, EPCs, or utilities
• Demonstrated success in complex solution selling and technical proposal development
• Deep knowledge of U.S. grid modernization programs and renewable integration
