• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Demand Generation to optimize outreach strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or HR tech
• Proven success in building pipeline through outbound, inbound, and account-based marketing (ABM)
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and coach accordingly
• Experience using AI tools to enhance sales productivity and insights
