Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to enhance accounts payable operations and improve process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and execute timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage travel and expense reports
• Implement and optimize accounts payable systems and collaborate with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, but equivalent work experience is acceptable
• Experience with month-end close activities and journal entries
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
