Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist - Fulfillment Documentation Comm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on commercial loan parties and collateral, ensuring all required information is reviewed and approval conditions are met
• Coordinate with bank counsel to prepare and review loan documents, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while communicating with customers, relationship managers, and third parties to ensure an efficient fulfillment process

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
• 5+ years of paralegal experience or legal review related to commercial loan documentation
• 3+ years of experience with commercial lending functions
• 5+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Paralegal certification preferred
