Job Summary

A company is looking for a USON Practice Management Fixed Asset and Payroll Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives for Fixed Assets and Payroll to enhance efficiency and standardization
• Design and implement a robust control environment to manage financial statement risks and ensure compliance
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and data risks while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 10+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience; less experience may be acceptable with a Master's or Doctorate
• Direct experience in leading change and business process transformation in a large public company
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, internal control environments, and SOX regulations
• CPA preferred
