A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for overseeing payroll processing and managing tax-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll, verify data, and update payroll records
• Prepare and file payroll tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Provide support for payroll and tax-related issues and maintain confidentiality of information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or two years of related experience for each year of education
• Minimum of four years of experience in payroll and tax functions
• Proficiency in payroll processing and tax reporting
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Experience with Workday and ADP SmartCompliance preferred
