Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEC Manager to assist with external financial reporting and technical accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and related materials
• Collaborate with external auditors and legal teams to ensure compliance with SEC regulations
• Assist in maintaining and improving processes and controls over financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited university
• CPA and Big 4 public accounting experience
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with SEC reporting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience with ASC606 and ASC805
